Small parts orders for UK destinations are sent 1st class Royal Mail the same day if order is placed before 3pm
If the order value is over £30 it will be sent 1st class recorded.
All small parts orders for international destinations are sent airmail small packets if you require an alternative method please e-mail us prior to placing your order for a quote.
Delivery on larger items with value over £60 will be sent via our courier CITY LINK and delivered next day anywhere in UK mainland.
Delivery to europe on larger items with value over £60 will be sent via PARCEL FORCE and delivered 5-7 working days.
Returns should be received within 7 days with your contact details and order number included. We recommend using an insured courier so that you will be covered if the item were to be lost or damaged in the post. If an item is found to be faulty you will be refunded for your postage costs up to a maximum of £10.00
By purchasing from kooltoyz.co.uk you are entering into a legally binding contract and the following terms and conditions apply:
1. Please check your item BEFORE USE. Once fuel has been put into your model only the radio control and engine are covered by a 1 month warranty.
2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by miss-use or general wear and tear.
3. If you believe you have a faulty engine or radio please contact us before returning for details.
4. These models are NOT TOYS. If you have no experience with nitro models you will need to do some research on how to tune and set your engine and also how to check it before use. We will offer advice and help to newcomers as much as possible but are unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged by incorrect use, from customers who are unable to adjust their models or from customers who have not fully checked their models before use.
5. Any item that is returned to us used and found to be not faulty or not covered by the warranty will be subject to a £15 testing fee. You will also need to pay the postage if you require the item to be sent back to you.
6. Please note all specification and colours on our products are subject to change without notice. All photos used on this website are for guidance only and the actual product may vary slightly from the displayed photo.
7. Due to the nature of the products we sell and the environment they operated in, breakages can often occur. It is extremely difficult to determine the level of use and the conditions that a product may have been subjected to. For this reason we offer a Guarantee for a period of 14 days from the day you received your purchase. When claiming under a warranty the product or defective parts must be returned to us for examination. You will be notified by email if your claim is valid. If the product or parts are not covered by the warranty a quote will be supplied for repair or replacement and the cost of returning the product or parts back to you. All warranty claims decisions are final.
8.Any items ordered in error must be returned within 7 days at buyers expense in original packaging new and unused. Once item is checked a full refund will be given minus admin fee (£5.50) and delivery charge.
9. The UK law is the applicable law.
