RAPTOR 30 V2 BUILT KIT WITH PRO-39H ENGINE
Thunder Tiger Raptor series helicopter were designed and engineered by the World-renowned Mr. Shigetada Taya. Since the introduction of the original Raptor 30 in 1998. It is the most popular 30-size helicopter in the world and has helped experienced pilots learn new 3-D maneuvers. We did not just sat on our laurel, our team of engineers and test pilots have collected feedbacks to create an even better helicopter - Raptor30 V2. Many new parts were made by new molds and tooling to increase strength and durability. All Thunder Tiger products are manufactured by use of the most modern technology and meets or exceeds the standards as set forth by ISO-9001. In the last few years we have spent time and resource to develop a new Thunder Tiger PRO-39H(R) ringed engine for the 30-size helicopters. The new PRO-39H(R) has much better transition characteristics. Combined with the new carbu-retor to make the engine easy adjusting and setting. You will find this new engine produce more power than any other available 30-size engines. Together, the new Raptor 30 V2 and the PRO-O-39H(R) engine will provide you with many hours of enjoyment.

Vertical tail fin lengthened by 10mm to protect tail rotor blades during
rough landings, and re-enforced with ribs
Swashplate re-designed for longevity and minimal freeplay
Fuel tank resigned for Raptor .30 v2 with 340cc capacity
Tank reduces aircraft CG shift and carburetor sensitivity
Rugged aluminum tail boom supports with plastic ends eliminate
fatigue and cracking
Larger volume 30-size muffler for increased power and low noise
Re-designed and strengthened sideframes increase crash survivability,

New frames use Raptor 60 style heavy duty double ball bearing for engine

PRO-39H ENGINE:-
The PRO series helicopter ring-type engines are equipped with dual ball-bearings, Schnuerle porting, one ring-type piston / cylinder assembly and two-needles automatic mixture control carburetor.
All Thunder Tiger engines have been designed to combine high performance with easy handling and maintenance using CAD computer technology, resulting in consistent high quality and reliability. Subjected to rigorous quality control check ensures that it will provide years of trouble free use.
The PRO-Heli series are manufactured by automated computer-controlled machinery, resulting in a product that looks and performs better. The displacement at .394 cubic inches is the largest displacement engine available in the popular 30-size helicopter class, and directly fit in all popular machines. Precision air bleed carburetor makes adjustments simple, and efficient mufflers keep things quiet at the field.
