The Esky Lama V4 is designed with the beginner in mind for indoor use or outside on calm days. Even a complete newcomer to helicopter flying can fly this heli straight out the box.

The Lama V4 is very easy to operation and everything required to fly is included, it has great stability and very simple controls.

 This RC Helicopter has 2 main rotors that are co-axial and contra-rotating. This torque canceling design makes the rc heli very stable and easy to fly for beginners. This helicopter is a great learning tool to master the skills of radio controlled helicopters before moving onto more complex RC helicopters.
Once your skills have been developed the model can be flown virtually anywhere, indoor or outdoors in calm conditions.

 The helicopter is only 14” long and weighs under 200grams. It  includes a 4 channel twin stick UK spec 2.4GHz transmitter on mode 2 (throttle left) with an LED voltage indicator. A advanced 4-in-1 mixer/controller unit  containing electronic gyro, mixer, motor controller, receiver all in one unit.

The transmitter radio, electronics, motors and servos are hobby quality parts that will provide many hours of fun. The transmitter is supplied with 4 x AA dry cell batteries to get you flying.

The model is powered by the latest technology high power lithium polymer battery (7.4v 800mAh) and is supplied with a lithium balance charger to suit. It can be charged from the mains (240v) or  a 12v battery supply, both mains adaptor and battery lead are supplied. The charger features twin outputs for both 7.4v or 11.1v and charges via the small balance lead that safely charges the battery. Charge time is approximately 1.5 hour with a depleted pack.

Supplied with a spare pair of upper and lower blades.

 To practice flying on the simulator simply connect the transmitter to your PC via the USB port, download the free FMS flight simulation software and practice your flying before you model leaves the ground!  (SIM  soft dog cable supplied)

Please do not confuse this model with 3 channel models on the market that cannot (STRAFF) left and right, this is a proper 4 channel helicopter that can out maneuver inferior 3ch models. 3 Channel models need to rotate then move in the direction they face this heli can move in all directions ie can move forward whilst facing left or right.
